1984 Ford Bronco: 2-Year Build

After nearly two years in the shop, this 1984 Ford Bronco is finally ready to hit the road.

What started as a rusted, worn-out Bronco was transformed from the ground up with a Blueprint Engines Ford 302, 4R70W transmission, Holley Terminator X Stealth 4150 EFI, custom exhaust, Hedman ceramic-coated headers, and a street tune from All Out Tuning.

The body underwent extensive rust repair with Autofab fiberglass fenders and quarter panels, custom-fabricated aluminum wheel wells, fresh trim, weatherstripping, and a custom PPG green metallic paint job.

Underneath, we re-geared the Ford 8.8 and Dana 44 axles, added an Eaton Truetrac LSD, upgraded the braking system, installed a 6-inch Rough Country lift, 40-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires, US Mag U101 wheels, and custom Arizona Driveshaft driveshafts.

The finishing touches included ProtoFab bumpers, a Warn VR EVO 10-S winch, KC HiLites lighting, power running boards, Vintage Air, Llumar ceramic tint, Dakota Digital gauges, and Rockford Fosgate audio.

Thousands of hours, countless custom touches, and nearly two years of work went into bringing this Bronco back to life.
