Axium Lighting Limited Warranty applies to Axium branded physical lighting products, and only for physical lighting products, purchased from Apex Customs, LLC. (the "Physical Goods").
Troubleshoot to determine which component is faulty.
Obtain an RMA Number from Apex Customs.
Ship the faulty part to Apex Customs with the RMA number on the package.
Receive replacement component from Apex Customs.
For warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us. Please do NOT ship anything to Apex Customs without first obtaining an RMA number; all shipments without an RMA number will be returned to the sender
To expedite the warranty exchange process, before contacting us, please troubleshoot to determine if the failure is due to a faulty bulb, ballast or harness.

Once you have received a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number, package the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, and ship the defective item to the address specified by Apex Customs, LLC. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.
Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer after Apex Customs receives and tests the faulty item(s). Sorry, but we will not exchange the defective part for a different part (e.g., if you return 5000K bulbs under warranty, we will not exchange them for 6000K bulbs).
The Warranty Period for Axium Lighting physical goods purchased from Apex Customs, LLC. is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
A replacement physical good or part will be covered under warranty for 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair.
Axium Lighting Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Apex Customs, LLC. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product which are deemed defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This Limited Warranty is transferable.
Apex Customs, LLC. will exchange the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. All shipping for Exchanges will be ground shipping and the carrier will be chosen by Apex Customs; all costs associated with upgraded/expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Axium Lighting’s Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification. Physical damage includes corrosion and damage sustained due to installation errors.
Modifications to merchandise voids the warranty, this includes modifications made to wiring harnesses.
Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.
Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.
Items that are damaged when shipped to us will not be covered under warranty but we will assist you with a shipping claim if you decide to file one with the carrier.
Collateral damage and all associated costs due to the failure of any item purchased through Apex Customs are not covered.
Bulb color variations due to lot-to-lot and manufacturer-to-manufacturer differences is not a basis for a warranty claim.
This Limited Warranty does not cover initial return shipping and/or handling charges, gift wrap fees or taxes. You are responsible for the shipping charges to our warranty facility and assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to Apex Customs, LLC.
If the returned item(s) are deemed defective and covered under the Limited Warranty, Apex Customs will cover the shipping costs of a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value from our facility to your address.
If the returned item(s) are deemed to not be defective or covered under the Limited Warranty, you will be responsible for return shipping costs of damaged item. You will be provided an option to purchase a new product at a discounted price, pay for return shipping, or request disposal of the product.
This Limited Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with any alterations or modifications to the original product.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APEX CUSTOMS, LLC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, United States without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
